This machine is suitable for automatic film packaging (with gold wire) of single box items in various industries. The overall frame of this machine is made of stainless steel, with a floor-standing multi-open safety door structure. It adopts a flat-pushing push box structure, which makes it easy to replace the mold. The adjustment distance is hand-cranked in many places to adjust the size, which greatly saves the time of changing the mold. The fixed film adopts air expansion. The fixed roller makes film replacement easier and faster.

1. This machine is a fully automatic high-speed transparent film packaging equipment. It adopts a flat push packaging method. All wrapping and heat sealing actions are completed by cam transmission. It has the characteristics of fast speed and stable operation.
2. Items of different sizes can be packaged by changing the mold. The newly designed quick adjustment structure makes changing the mold easier and faster.
3. This machine adopts an all-aluminum alloy film cutting knife holder and a single rotating film cutting knife. The film cutting is accurate and smooth. There is no need to replace the film cutting mechanism for large and small products.
4. The frequency converter is used to adjust the packaging speed, which can reach 30 to 70 packages/minute depending on the packaging items.
5. Equipped with a double-sided wrinkle shaping and beauty device to make the film packaging more personal and beautiful.
6. The new quick-release wire pull reel has a composite self-adhesive laser anti-counterfeiting and sealing line function, which truly plays an anti-counterfeiting and moisture-proof role.
7. There are two feeding mechanisms: automatic feeding and manual feeding. The automatic feeding and feeding can be used in conjunction with the fully automated unmanned production line.
8. The automatic feeding mechanism has a box-free shutdown function, and is equipped with a blocking torque overload protection device and a double-layer blowing auxiliary film lowering device.
9. It adopts imported stainless steel integrated panel, with integrated electrical box and car tailgate opening all-aluminum electrical box door installed on the top.
